Minimum welding age is 10. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

I don't recommend this process if you have ever had an allergic reaction to 14k gold.

Prices do not include tax, and payments are taken on the spot. All sales are final.

Rescheduling:

Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.  I understand that life happens.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will move your deposit to your new appointment date.  You must reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) of your original appointment.   Your deposit will be held for your future appointment.  

If you are a no show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late and No Shows:

We allow a grace period of 5 minutes from the time of your appointment.  If you miss this window and you are late after 10 minutes you may be required to reschedule your appointment as we may not have enough time to complete your service.  Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a $50 deposit.  Please note that all no shows will be charged the full price of the service.

Refunds

 All permanent and custom services are non-refundable.
